This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee development, and business growth. This position will build strong relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the community while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others!</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Direct and oversee the daily operations, budgets, and performance goals of the location</li> <li>Promote a positive, accountable, and collaborative work environment</li> <li>Monitor operational and financial performance to improve efficiency and profitability.</li> <li>Oversee scheduling, billing, payroll, documentation, and administrative functions.</li> <li>Support ongoing caregiver training and professional development</li> <li>Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff and caregivers</li> <li>Develop and implement strategies to grow referrals, clients, and market presence</li> <li>Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, senior living communities, social workers, and other referral sources</li> <li>Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities</li> <li>Leverage digital marketing, social media, and community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and market growth.</li> <li>Track referral activity, marketing initiatives, and business development</li> <li>Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives</li> <li>Maintain accurate records and documentation</li> <li>Promote quality care, safety, and continuous improvement</li> <li>Build strong relationships with residents, families, caregivers and community partners</li> <li>Monitor resident satisfaction and caregiver retention and implement improvements as needed</li> </ul> </div> <p><strong>What You'll Bring To The Team:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Associates degree required</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred</li> <li>Five or more years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, staffing, operations, sales, marketing or a related field</li> <li>Success leading teams, managing operations and driving business growth</li> <li>Experience building referral relationships and supporting community outreach preferred</li> <li>Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities</li> <li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills</li> <li>Experience managing budgets and operational performance</li> <li>Understanding of business development, marketing, and customer service practices</li> <li>Commitment to serving seniors and supporting caregivers</li> <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required</li> <li>Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms</li> <li>Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and required insurance</li> <li>Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed</li> </ul> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="BI_JD_04_Bullet_Indent_Text _1"><em>The above description reflects the details considered necessary to describe the </em></span><em><span data-ccp-parastyle="BI_JD_04_Bullet_Indent_Text _1">essential </span><span data-ccp-parastyle="BI_JD_04_Bullet_Indent_Text _1">functions of the job and should not be construed as a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be performed in the job.</span></em></span><em><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559685&quot;:720,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240,&quot;335559991&quot;:360}">&nbsp;</span></em></p> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>The same way we treat our employees is how we treat all applicants – with respect.
