This executive is responsible for driving audience growth, chart performance, cultural visibility, and market impact for artists at every stage of their careers.</p> <p>The VP of Promotion develops and manages relationships with radio programmers, DSPs, tastemakers, media partners, and industry stakeholders while overseeing national and regional promotion teams. They work closely with A&R, marketing, digital, publicity, artist management, and commercial partnerships to create integrated campaigns that maximize exposure and revenue opportunities.</p> <li>Lead national promotion strategy for all label releases across radio, streaming, and emerging platforms</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with programmers, curators, DJs, media outlets, and industry partners</li> <li>Oversee promotional timelines, campaign execution, and team performance</li> <li>Drive chart growth, audience engagement, and market share for priority artists and releases</li> <li>Analyze audience data, streaming trends, and market insights to optimize campaigns</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, digital, publicity, touring, and sales teams</li> <li>Identify new promotional opportunities, partnerships, and platform innovations</li> <li>Manage departmental budgets, forecasting, and reporting</li> <li>Recruit, mentor, and develop promotion staff across national and regional markets</li> <li>Represent the label at industry events, conferences, showcases, and artist activations</li> </ul> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg
