This is a true force-multiplier product, integrating Addepar’s massive financial datasets, our rich product suite, multiple third-party vendors, and our native AI solution, Addison.</p> <p>As we move through 2026, you will be a part of the team that drives the evolution of this platform from a nascent system to a fully-fledged self-service model delivering workflows at scale to our largest customers. You will transform manual, labor-intensive financial processes into automated, agentic, tech-enabled workflows that serve the world’s most sophisticated investors.</p> <p>Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.</p> <p>The current range for this role is $107,000 - $168,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.&nbsp;</p> <p>Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. You’ll work closely with global Product Managers to turn broad business goals into actionable plans, owning the end-to-end execution and navigating technical roadblocks to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery</li> <li><strong>Scale the Platform:</strong> Help drive the transition to a self-service model and assist with geographic expansion, ensuring our infrastructure remains performant across new global regions, as our team and technology scales</li> <li><strong>AI Integration:</strong> Work at the intersection of workflow orchestration and Agentic AI, helping to aid in the execution of complex, natural-language-driven tasks within a workflow-oriented context</li> <li><strong>System Ownership &amp; Reliability:</strong> Take end-to-end ownership of service health. This includes participating in design docs, implementing robust monitoring/alerting, and ensuring our distributed systems can handle high-concurrency, long-running, fault tolerant tasks without issue</li> <li><strong>Collaborative Growth:</strong> Engage in deep technical reviews and pair programming sessions to maintain high engineering standards. While you will receive direct mentorship from Staff Engineers to sharpen your architectural skills, you will also help guide more junior contributors as the team scales, fostering a culture of continuous learning and rigorous development</li> </ul> <h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who You Are</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li><strong>Technical Practitioner:</strong> Highly proficient in <strong>Python and Java</strong>. You are comfortable diving deep to solve technical hurdles alongside your team, with some assistance from more experienced engineering staff</li> <li><strong>Experienced in Cloud &amp; Web:</strong> Practical experience (2-5 years) building robust, service-oriented architectures (ideally on <strong>AWS</strong>). You possess a thorough understanding of web application design patterns, modern deployment methodologies, and scalability</li> <li><strong>Modern &amp; Balanced AI User:</strong> You embrace AI-first development practices. You aren't afraid to use LLMs to help navigate new tech stacks, generate test cases, or optimize performance, ensuring you spend less time on rote tasks and more time on core architecture</li> <li><strong>Bridge Builder:</strong> Exceptional at translating technical constraints into clear business outcomes for stakeholders across different domains. You will work in close alignment with senior engineering in the team, to ensure your technical recommendations are balanced with long-term business goals</li> <li><strong>Workflow Experience:</strong> Familiarity with <strong>Temporal, n8n, Pipedream</strong>, or equivalent stateful orchestration systems is a significant plus.
