Our platform is built to harness the sector’s fragmentation, operating through 7 regional offices with 120+ employees in vertically integrated teams enhanced by proprietary AI-driven tools, while benefiting from compelling fundamentals like constrained supply growth, reshoring, and e-commerce tailwinds.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>About&nbsp;the&nbsp;Role</u></strong></p> <p>Faropoint&nbsp;is&nbsp;in&nbsp;search&nbsp;of&nbsp;a&nbsp;talented&nbsp;<strong>People&nbsp;Operations&nbsp;Associate</strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;report&nbsp;directly&nbsp;to&nbsp;our&nbsp;Chief&nbsp;People&nbsp;Officer&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;hybrid&nbsp;role&nbsp;encompassing&nbsp;traditional&nbsp;people&nbsp;operations&nbsp;functions&nbsp;and&nbsp;strategic&nbsp;initiatives&nbsp;/&nbsp;process&nbsp;improvement.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>People&nbsp;Operations&nbsp;Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;primary&nbsp;point&nbsp;of&nbsp;contact&nbsp;for&nbsp;employee&nbsp;questions&nbsp;regarding&nbsp;HR&nbsp;policies,&nbsp;benefits,&nbsp;and&nbsp;workplace&nbsp;procedures.</li> <li>Own&nbsp;all&nbsp;administrative&nbsp;aspects&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;employee&nbsp;lifecycle,&nbsp;from&nbsp;candidate&nbsp;experience&nbsp;to&nbsp;onboarding,&nbsp;all&nbsp;the&nbsp;way&nbsp;through&nbsp;to&nbsp;offboarding.</li> <li>Maintain&nbsp;the&nbsp;data&nbsp;integrity&nbsp;of&nbsp;People&nbsp;Operations&nbsp;systems&nbsp;such&nbsp;as&nbsp;Rippling.</li> <li>Update&nbsp;and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;HR&nbsp;policies,&nbsp;procedures,&nbsp;and&nbsp;employee&nbsp;handbook&nbsp;content.</li> <li>Develop&nbsp;workflow&nbsp;automation&nbsp;to&nbsp;improve&nbsp;efficiency&nbsp;of&nbsp;routine&nbsp;HR&nbsp;tasks.</li> <li>Maintain&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;employee&nbsp;records&nbsp;in&nbsp;HRIS&nbsp;systems&nbsp;and&nbsp;ensure&nbsp;data&nbsp;integrity&nbsp;across&nbsp;all&nbsp;platforms.</li> <li>Ensure&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;with&nbsp;federal,&nbsp;state,&nbsp;and&nbsp;local&nbsp;employment&nbsp;laws&nbsp;and&nbsp;regulations.</li> <li>Coordinate&nbsp;benefits&nbsp;enrollment,&nbsp;changes,&nbsp;and&nbsp;annual&nbsp;open&nbsp;enrollment&nbsp;processes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum&nbsp;5-7&nbsp;years&nbsp;in&nbsp;people&nbsp;operations&nbsp;or&nbsp;related&nbsp;HR&nbsp;function.</li> <li>Bachelor's&nbsp;degree&nbsp;in&nbsp;Human&nbsp;Resources,&nbsp;Business&nbsp;Administration,&nbsp;Psychology,&nbsp;or&nbsp;related&nbsp;field&nbsp;preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency&nbsp;in&nbsp;Microsoft&nbsp;Office&nbsp;Suite,&nbsp;HRIS&nbsp;(Rippling),&nbsp;ATS&nbsp;(Greenhouse),&nbsp;Slack,&nbsp;Monday,&nbsp;Lattice,&nbsp;or&nbsp;similar&nbsp;productivity&nbsp;tools.</li> <li>Familiarity&nbsp;with&nbsp;recruiting&nbsp;platforms&nbsp;(LinkedIn&nbsp;Recruiter,&nbsp;Indeed)&nbsp;and&nbsp;video&nbsp;conferencing&nbsp;tools&nbsp;(Teams,&nbsp;Zoom).</li> <li>Experience&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;fast-paced,&nbsp;growth-oriented&nbsp;environment.</li> <li>Sensitivity&nbsp;and&nbsp;discretion&nbsp;around&nbsp;highly&nbsp;confidential&nbsp;information.</li> <li>Passion&nbsp;for&nbsp;optimizing,&nbsp;improving&nbsp;and&nbsp;automating&nbsp;processes.</li> <li>Strong&nbsp;organizational&nbsp;skills&nbsp;with&nbsp;ability&nbsp;to&nbsp;manage&nbsp;multiple&nbsp;recruiting&nbsp;processes&nbsp;simultaneously</li> <li>Expert-level written and verbal communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate across all levels, situations and personalities</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What&nbsp;We&nbsp;Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive&nbsp;base&nbsp;salary&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;$115,000-135,000&nbsp;range,&nbsp;commensurate&nbsp;with&nbsp;experience,&nbsp;plus&nbsp;discretionary&nbsp;bonus</li> <li>Comprehensive&nbsp;benefits&nbsp;package&nbsp;including&nbsp;health,&nbsp;dental,&nbsp;and&nbsp;vision&nbsp;insurance</li> <li>401(k)&nbsp;plan&nbsp;with&nbsp;company&nbsp;matching</li> <li>Collaborative&nbsp;work&nbsp;environment&nbsp;in&nbsp;our&nbsp;Hoboken,&nbsp;NJ&nbsp;headquarters</li> <li>Opportunity&nbsp;to&nbsp;work&nbsp;closely&nbsp;with&nbsp;senior&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;in&nbsp;a&nbsp;growing&nbsp;organization</li> <li>Exposure&nbsp;to&nbsp;institutional&nbsp;real&nbsp;estate&nbsp;investment&nbsp;operations</li> </ul> <p></p>
