This is a hands-on, high-volume role focused on the front end of the development lifecycle: site control, diligence, and deal execution. You will work directly with our development, operations, asset management, energy origination and strategic financing teams, serving as their primary legal counterpart.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Draft, review, and negotiate letters of intent, land options, purchase agreements, easements, access agreements, tax abatement agreements, shared facilities agreements, construction contracts, long lead equipment procurement agreements, costs in aid of construction agreements, interconnection agreements and other ancillary development documents.</li> <li>Provide legal support on project finance and real estate loan transactions, including loan documents, infrastructure agreements, power-related agreements, and leases with data center end users.</li> <li>Manage the documentation lifecycle for the company’s data center development and energy infrastructure projects, ensuring all agreements are executed with precision and align with the company’s strategic objectives.</li> <li>Act as the primary legal liaison for the development, operations, asset management, energy origination and strategic financing teams.</li> <li>Coordinate with outside counsel, title agents, surveyors, and environmental consultants to ensure that every site is thoroughly vetted and prepared for commercialization.&nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence, including review of title commitments, ALTA surveys, environmental reports, and zoning analyses.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have a rigorous, detail-oriented approach to reviewing title, survey, environmental, and zoning reports for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.</li> <li>You excel at managing high-volume document workflows, tracking critical deadlines, and maintaining strict version control across multiple simultaneous site acquisitions.</li> <li>You are a strategic thinker with a practical, business-oriented approach to legal issues.</li> <li>You are comfortable working directly with non-legal teams and can translate complex legal issues into clear guidance that helps inform commercial decisions.&nbsp;</li> <li>You thrive in fast-paced, deal-intensive environments and take ownership of your workstreams from first draft through closing.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. State and a member in good standing of one U.S. Bar.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, infrastructure, or energy law, with a focus on land acquisition, site control, and transactional diligence.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven track record of drafting and negotiating front-end real estate documents: LOIs, purchase options, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and access agreements.</li> <li>Experience coordinating with title companies, surveyors, and environmental consultants on large-scale land or infrastructure transactions.</li> <li>Familiarity with project finance or real estate loan transactions is a plus.</li> <li>Experience in data center, energy, or digital infrastructure is a plus but not required.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>ABOUT THE WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW3104751 BCX0" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW3104751 BCX0">This role is </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW3104751 BCX0">in office at our corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida.
