<p><strong><em>Responsibilities</em></strong></p>
<p>Air Freight Forwarding – License & General Cargo</p>
<ul>
<li>Communicate with shippers, CBP, export carriers, and consignees.</li>
<li>Arrange and track pick-up and delivery.</li>
<li>Conduct cargo inspections upon receipt.</li>
<li>Issue export documentation.</li>
<li>File ACE (Automated Commercial Environment) entries.</li>
<li>Monitor and report KPIs.</li>
<li>Manage accounting (Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable).</li>
</ul>
<p>Inland Transportation Arrangements</p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and local or long-haul transportation providers.</li>
<li>Issue delivery documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading).</li>
<li>Monitor and report KPIs.</li>
</ul>
<p>Accounting Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Cross-check invoices and statements.</li>
<li>Communicate with export carriers to resolve CCAs or other discrepancies.</li>
<li>Complete and review CNS documentation for the MIA branch.</li>
</ul>
<p>Additional Support / Back-Up</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide back-up support for the team as requested.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><em>Qualifications</em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>0–3 years of hands-on logistics operations experience (freight forwarding, carrier management, shipment planning, and tracking).</li>
<li>Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in logistics systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and basic reporting tools.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><em>Pay</em></strong></p>
<p>The base salary range for this role is between $55,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.</p>
