Follow Mineralys on&nbsp;LinkedIn,&nbsp;Twitter&nbsp;and&nbsp;Bluesky”</p> <p>Mineralys is a fully remote company.</p> <p><strong>Director, Market Research &amp; Competitive Intelligence</strong></p> <p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Director, Market Research &amp; Competitive Intelligence will be responsible for primary &amp; secondary market research/analytics &amp; competitive intelligence to support the development &amp; launch of lorundrostat.</p> <ul> <li>Create strategic frameworks to help Mineralys organize &amp; prioritize key business questions around commercial planning, lifecycle management,</li> <li>Proactively manage multiple third-party vendors, data providers &amp; consultants to generate insights &amp; data to support key business decisions for the organization including commercial as well as various cross functional partners.</li> <li>Work with marketing &amp; market access to develop strategic commercial plan for the launch of lorundrostat in uncontrolled / resistant hypertension.</li> <li>Answer or provide commercial perspective on ad hoc literature review / epidemiology / commercial opportunity related questions to support BD, senior leadership questions, external presentations (for investors, earnings, etc.), BoD presentations, Leadership Team presentations</li> <li>Monitor and disseminate competitive activity in TAs of interest to broader organization</li> <li>Provide input on revenue forecast updates/development</li> <li>Efficiently manage business insights budget planning &amp; spend</li> <li>This role will report to Exec. Director of Business Analytics &amp; CI.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>PowerPoint, Excel, presentation skills (Expertise in creating clear &amp; attractive presentations &amp; frameworks is required &amp; critical for this role)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of US pharmaceutical market (preferably in general medicine, cardiovascular, metabolic, renal, or other larger prevalence therapeutic areas)</li> <li>Some knowledge/experience with US payer/market access environment and data sources is preferred.</li> <li>Some knowledge/experience of major ex-US pharmaceutical markets is preferred but not required.</li> <li>Working experience with US data sources for market data (claims/EHR/Rx/audits/Payer Coverage/CI DBs) is required.</li> <li>Working knowledge of drug development process and ability to evaluate competitive clinical trial design is required</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required</li> <li>Minimum of 8 years in market research, data analytics, business intelligence, competitive intelligence, marketing or other related discipline within commercial pharmaceutical or biotech located in the US</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Travel:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>This position requires up to 10% travel.
