About the Role

<p>Via is on a mission to create public transportation systems that provide far greater access to jobs, healthcare, and education. Our platform serves as the technology backbone for modern transit networks, transforming antiquated and siloed public transportation systems into smart, data-driven, and efficient digital networks. With hundreds of agency partners around the world, Via is recognized as the leading transportation technology and service provider globally.</p> <p>As a <strong>Commercial Intern</strong>, you'll support both the Partnerships and Partner Success teams in London — getting hands-on experience across everything from prepping commercial materials to helping existing partners grow and improve their services. Your work will directly contribute to bringing efficient, sustainable, and inclusive tech-supported transportation to more communities around the world.</p> <p><em>This is a full-time internship starting July, August or September 2026, running for a minimum of 6 months, based in London in a hybrid setup. Some prior work experience is recommended.</em></p> <p><strong>About the Role:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Become an expert on Via — build a nuanced understanding of our tech, use cases, and best practices to support partners and internal teams effectively</li> <li>Support the Partnerships team by preparing materials, insights, and research that help them close and grow deals</li> <li>Contribute to best-in-class quality assurance by thoroughly testing new product features before partner roll-outs and drafting clear, easy-to-follow product documentation</li> <li>Set up marketing campaigns to help partners boost ridership and build compelling materials to showcase their success stories</li> <li>Analyze service performance data to support quarterly business reviews, providing partners with actionable recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and growth</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent in English; additional languages are a real plus</li> <li>A final-year undergraduate, master's student, or recent graduate with some prior work experience, eager to learn by doing</li> <li>A creative problem-solver who questions how things have "always" been done and isn't afraid to suggest a smarter way</li> <li>A clear communicator who can adapt to different audiences, with a sharp eye for detail</li> <li>Proactive, curious, and entrepreneurial — energized by a mix of commercial and technical challenges</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Becoming part of a company that was awarded for its commitment to social good</li> <li>Base salary pay: £2,600 per month, based on a 40-hour week</li> <li>A hybrid working model and a spacious office near Chancery Lane where you can enjoy weekly team lunches</li> </ul> <p>There has never been a more exciting time to be on the cutting edge of public mobility.
