You are a frontline problem-solver who takes ownership of sensitive situations, ensuring concerns are addressed efficiently while upholding Synapse Health’s commitment to compassionate care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.  This role requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail. You will work across multiple teams—including operations, clinical, fulfillment, and external partners—to navigate complex workflows and drive timely, accurate resolutions. Your work directly contributes to patient trust, provider confidence, and continuous improvement across the organization.  What You Will Do:   <ul> <li>Respond to escalated patient, provider, and partner concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a strong sense of accountability. </li> <li>Investigate service issues thoroughly, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal teams to drive timely and effective resolutions. </li> <li>Own assigned escalations from intake through resolution, ensuring clear communication and appropriate follow-up at every stage. </li> <li>Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of interactions, actions taken, and outcomes in designated systems to support compliance and reporting. </li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to support smooth handoffs and fulfillment of durable medical equipment (DME) orders. </li> <li>Apply established service recovery standards, escalation protocols, and quality guidelines consistently. </li> <li>Identify recurring issues, trends, or process gaps and share insights with leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives. </li> <li>Communicate effectively with vendors, prescribers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues impacting patient care and service delivery. </li> <li>Uphold Synapse Health’s standards for service quality, patient experience, and regulatory compliance in every interaction. </li> </ul> <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW175894384 BCX0" data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"ac0262f4-8a9e-5820-b908-2d943c5f7113|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777841,"Calibri",469777842,"Arial",469777843,"Calibri",469777844,"Calibri",201341986,"1",469769226,"Calibri,Arial",268442635,"24",469775450,"normaltextrun",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"normaltextrun",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">Note: These responsibilities reflect the general nature and scope of the role but are not exhaustive. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, internal equity, and prevailing market conditions.
