Start your journey today and join our skilled team.</p></div><p>We are seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Director of Construction</strong>&nbsp;to support some of the most innovative, complex, and large-scale&nbsp;<strong>data center and mission-critical construction projects</strong> in the country. This role will be instrumental in delivering RMCI’s first-generation programs as a General Contractor within hyperscale and enterprise data center environments.&nbsp;The Director will drive overall program performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and client satisfaction while leading high-performing project and field teams in a mission-critical environment.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Has overall responsibility for execution of a multi-project data center construction program, including alignment with RMCI culture and Core Values, and full accountability for safety, quality, schedule, client satisfaction, and profitability across the campus.</li> <li>Owns program-level P&amp;L across multiple concurrent projects, including forecasting, cost control, risk mitigation, and margin performance.</li> <li>Leads, mentors, and develops field leadership teams to ensure consistent execution standards and succession planning across the program.</li> <li>Responsible for understanding prime contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.</li> <li>Develops and manages project execution with Project Managers and Project Superintendents for the successful execution of the work.</li> <li>Lead coordination of the means and methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources required to accomplish goals.</li> <li>Participates in business development proposals and presentations.</li> <li>Oversees development and integration of program-level schedules across all projects, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover, ensuring alignment with client milestones.</li> <li>Ensures project team is communicating and coordinating the project schedule with all subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders, as needed for the project.</li> <li>Ensures the project teams identifies the most efficient/effective flow of work to maintain highest production for all trades while maintaining all safety and quality standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications&nbsp; </strong></p> <ul> <li>15+ years of construction experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director, Senior PM, or equivalent)</li> <li>Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-project programs (preferably $500M+ total value)</li> <li>Strong background in mission-critical, data center, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects</li> <li>Strong understanding of managing partnerships with regulatory bodies such as the city, county, state, EPA, etc.</li> <li>Extensive industry networking background</li> <li>Proficiency with Primavera (P6) scheduling software</li> <li>Outward leadership presence</li> <li>Possesses excellent organizational, verbal, written and presentation skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education &amp; Certifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Construction Management / Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relative construction experience</li> <li>Extensive relative construction experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>It has been and continues to be the long-standing policy of any Nox Group operating company to provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
