Lead, develop and take a design strategy to deliver the best possible creative solutions.</p> <ul> <li>As part of our creative team, support Design Directors and fellow Designers to come up with innovative creative solutions that support project goals.</li> <li>Conduct conceptual exploration, coming up with alternative design solutions to ensure no stone is left unturned.</li> <li>Evaluate design options, develop and push to find ‘big ideas’ based on design strategy and creative brief.</li> <li>Evaluate and develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies and plans.</li> <li>Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to showcase your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><strong>What you’ll need</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency.</li> <li>Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.</li> <li>An impressive portfolio, demonstrating recent work with a track record of creative idea generation and development.</li> <li>Excellent and current creative and design trend knowledge and skills.</li> <li>An ability to build strong working relationship, internally and externally.</li> <li>Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate with clients.</li> <li><strong><em>Native Japanese Language skills, strong knowledge of Japanese typography</em></strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><em>We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
