Our commitment to inclusion, diversity, equity, and advancement (IDEA) is central to our culture, ensuring every team member feels valued and empowered to make a difference.</p> <hr> <p data-start="370" data-end="739">&nbsp;</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <div> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>Per Diem Registered Nurse (Home Infusion)</strong> who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings care, accountability, and purpose to what they do every day.</p> <p><strong>Work Location: </strong>Puyallup, Bonney Lake and Sumner area of WA<br><strong>Schedule:</strong> Weekdays, weeknights, weekends&nbsp;</p> <hr> <h2><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></h2> <p>This role plays a critical part in delivering a patient‑first experience by providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality infusion care directly in patients’ homes.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:</p> <ul> <li>Helps patients feel seen, supported, and confident managing their therapy</li> <li>Supports clinicians and care teams through clear communication and reliable documentation</li> <li>Ensures safe and effective treatment delivery during complex healthcare journeys</li> </ul> <p>Everything we do connects back to real people navigating care at home — and this role helps make that experience more comfortable and empowering.</p> <hr> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver high-quality home infusion care, including IV insertion, monitoring, and removal, while ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout therapy</li> <li>Monitor patients for adverse reactions, perform assessments, obtain vital signs, and document all care activities accurately</li> <li>Perform venous phlebotomy and manage central line care, ensuring proper technique and infection control standards</li> <li>Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, medication administration, and line care</li> <li>Coordinate patient care and scheduling in partnership with internal teams, agencies, and nursing leadership</li> <li>Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and internal teams to address needs, resolve issues, and support care continuity</li> <li>Review and complete nursing documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with clinical standards</li> <li>Support care coordination by sharing updates, therapy administration reports, and relevant patient information with appropriate stakeholders</li> <li>Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed to physicians and care teams</li> <li>Maintain professional, ethical, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of care delivery</li> <li>Travel to patient homes and healthcare settings within the assigned area</li> </ul> <hr> <h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2> <p>You may be a great fit if you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Nursing degree from an accredited program</li> <li>Active RN license (minimum 2 years of experience);
