This strategic role is designed for an experienced data professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data quality management, data profiling, and data remediation across complex enterprise systems. As the primary owner of data quality across our organization, you will identify gaps, drive resolutions, and build scalable controls that ensure our data is accurate, consistent, and trustworthy.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams—including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero—to diagnose and resolve data quality issues and implement preventative controls. You will bring strong SQL skills and deep familiarity with Salesforce data structures, using these capabilities to profile data, uncover root causes, and partner with system owners to establish durable quality checks Experience with customer and contact de-duplication and customer hierarchy is a big plus as you will drive initiatives focusing on these objectives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">This position offers the opportunity to shape how our organization manages data as a strategic asset, balancing immediate remediation needs with long-term quality improvements that support operational excellence and future analytical and AI-driven initiatives.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Lead Data Quality Program –</strong>&nbsp;Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide data quality initiatives, working closely with data owners and business stakeholders to identify quality gaps, prioritize remediation efforts, and track progress against quality benchmarks.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Identify and Resolve Data Quality Gaps –</strong>&nbsp;Conduct ongoing data profiling and analysis across key enterprise systems—including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero—to surface data quality issues, determine root causes, and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and execute resolution strategies.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Manage customer data unification and hierarchy management – </strong>Run and maintain matching and hierarchy assignment and work with business stakeholders to conduct reviews on time</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Implement Controls and Checks –</strong>&nbsp;Partner with Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero system teams to design and implement data validation rules, automated checks, and preventative controls that reduce data quality issues at the point of entry.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Manage Data Quality for Key Data Objects –</strong>&nbsp;Own end-to-end data quality management for critical data assets, including defining quality dimensions, building monitoring processes, and reporting on quality trends over time.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Leverage External Data Vendors –</strong>&nbsp;Collaborate with external data providers such as ZoomInfo and Dun &amp; Bradstreet to enrich, validate, and standardize enterprise data, ensuring alignment between third-party data and internal records.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Develop Data Standards and Definitions –</strong>&nbsp;Create and maintain data standards and field-level definitions to ensure consistent data entry and usage across all departments and systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Monitor and Report on Data Quality Metrics –</strong>&nbsp;Establish KPIs for data quality success, regularly assess program effectiveness, and provide executive reporting on data quality improvements, remediation status, and control adoption.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Experience, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Certifications</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">3–5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Data Management with a strong focus on Data Quality Management and data remediation</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Strong SQL skills required; ability to write complex queries for data profiling, analysis, and quality monitoring</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Strong experience with Salesforce data structures and data management within the Salesforce platform</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Good experience in driving data quality standardization and establishing controls across the enterprise</span></li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Experience working with external data vendors such as ZoomInfo and Dun &amp;
