As a Sales Associate supporting our Tri-County Community Sales in BAYADA at Inspira partnership, you will help connect individuals and families with the home health services they need while supporting strong relationships with our hospital and internal care teams.</p> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">This is a new opportunity created to support growth and increasing referral volume within the Inspira joint venture. The primary focus of the role is managing pending referrals and helping convert referral opportunities into care for patients in the community.</p> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What you’ll do</h2> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Manage the hospital’s pending referral list and referral-conversion activity.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Monitor referral opportunities and complete timely, consistent follow-up.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Partner closely with hospital contacts and BAYADA’s Intake team to move referrals forward.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Work across multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems and maintain accurate information.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Stay organized and results-focused while independently managing priorities.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Support local office collaboration and travel throughout the territory as needed.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Take ownership of referral opportunities and help ensure patients receive an appropriate and timely next step in care.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">What we’re looking for</h2> <ul class="wnfdntf"> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Bachelor’s degree required.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Comfort navigating and working within multiple EMR systems.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Self-motivated and able to work independently.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Results-driven, with a sales-oriented mindset.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.</p> </li> <li class="wnfdnte _1ibi0s33w"> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">A proactive, well-spoken professional who is comfortable taking ownership and driving results.</p> </li> </ul> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Training and support</h2> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">You will receive approximately three to four weeks of training designed to help you build confidence and succeed in the role. Training will include partnership with BAYADA Sales Trainers, along with hands-on shadowing and practical experience.</p> <h2 class="wnfdnti _1ibi0s33y _1ibi0s34u">Work model and territory</h2> <p class="wnfdntu _1ibi0s3f5 _1ibi0s3ce _1ibi0s3ea">This is a hybrid position combining home/remote work with time in the office. Candidates must be local to the Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem County market and comfortable collaborating with the Intake team in the office.
