<p><span data-contrast="auto">As a Talent Operations Senior Coordinator you will guide and develop a small team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators while remaining hands-on in delivering a high-touch onboarding experience for every new hire — from interns to executives. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to ensure every step of the process is efficient, compliant, and aligned with our culture.
