This position will focus on using their analytical talents to provide support to the Investments team as Scion looks to continue to grow the nation’s highest quality student housing portfolio. This position will primarily focus on delivering financial modeling, research, presentations, and various analyses with the utmost integrity and timeliness to support investment workflow across acquisition and portfolio management initiatives</p> <p>The Investments Analyst values and fosters strong cross departmental working relationships. This role demands excellent communication skills, agility, well-honed analytical and critical thinking skills and takes no half measures. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
