<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p>
<p>This position is a full-time, office-based position in Austin, TX and will be a member of the WhiteWater Marketing and Logistics team. Responsibilities include developing custom solutions for trading analytics, and process improvements for front and back office areas.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop custom code to support the trading and back office functions in M&L.</li>
<li>Work closely with M&L to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and controls.</li>
<li>Hold requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders</li>
<li>Execute projects in a meticulous and timely manner</li>
<li>Perform routine and ad hoc reporting and analysis</li>
<li>Design and prototype data analytics reporting, in both Excel and Power BI</li>
<li>Develop automation solutions to support/reduce processes</li>
<li>Design effective data models in the databases to support the business</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a technical area with 2 years of relevant experience</li>
<li>2+ years of Midstream industry experience preferred.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of: Excel VBA, Python, SQL, Transact/SQL (MS SQL Server), Power BI, GitHUB, AWS Redshift</li>
<li>High proficiency in MS Office Excel, Outlook, Word</li>
<li>Demonstrated knowledge of Workflow and Business Procedures</li>
<li>Excellent problem solving, time management, analytical and multi-tasking skills</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail</li>
<li>Communication and Teamwork skills required: Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and effectively collaborate with others to optimize team success</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Advantageous Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in the field of Oil and Gas.</li>
<li>Trading Front/Back office experience.</li>
<li>Automation software experience.</li>
</ul>
