Our culture is based on Science, Respect, Collaboration, and Courage and reflects who we are, the environment we create, and our mission's urgency.&nbsp;</span></p></div><h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking&nbsp; a Contract Program Manager II to join our Clinical Development Operations team.&nbsp; This role can be based out of our South San Francisco, CA office, our Bothell, WA office or our Seattle, WA office.&nbsp; This is a hybrid role with three days in the office.</span></h1> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">POSITION SUMMARY:</span></h1> <p>The incumbent will work with technical product leaders and cross-functional teams and is responsible for developing, delivering and managing integrated project plans, track team progress and support program development to meet business objectives.</p> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></h1> <ul> <li>Partner with team leaders to develop and execute program strategy and goals</li> <li>Develop and manage integrated project plan, timelines, deliverables and budgets as necessary, maintaining and updating project schedules and communication dashboard</li> <li>Provide meticulous attention to detail tracking team members' workflow to ensure project tasks are Prepare and review project documents including meeting minutes, memos, and emails. Ensure project documentation is current and properly stored</li> <li>Facilitate cross-functional team meetings, decision making, risk management and escalation</li> <li>Drive execution using timelines, dashboards, action logs and other tools</li> <li>Enable cross-functional communication to ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and external collaborators</li> <li>Communicate, document and archive project team activities, action items and decisions</li> <li>Contribute to building project team system, business processes and culture</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">PREFERRED EDUCATION:</span></h1> <ul> <li>BA/BSc in a life science discipline or related field with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the biotech industry with a minimum of 7 years direct project management experience</li> <li>MA/MSc in a life science discipline or related field with a minimum of 7 years' experience in the biotech industry with a minimum of 5 years direct project management experience</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:</span></h1> <ul> <li>A minimum of 3 years cross-functional clinical development program management experience- experience with late stage clinical development is preferred</li> <li>Experience building, managing cross-functional teams for decision making and risk management</li> <li>Professional certification-including PMP and/or Agile</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;">KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</span></h1> <ul> <li>Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships with stakeholders and manage conflicts</li> <li>Highly motivated, self-starter, willing to help build project management capabilities, team system and processes</li> <li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the company</li> <li>Strong organization and multi-tasking Possesses an understanding of overall drug development process and early phase clinical studies</li> <li>Proficient with project management practices, tools, and methodology</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to build, lead and motivate project teams across multiple functions</li> <li>Collaborative and inclusive management style</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to lead discussions, focus on detail and think methodically</li> </ul> <p>Hourly rate for this contract role is up to $80 per hour.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p style="margin: 0in; font-family: helvetica; font-size: 10.0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: Calibri; font-size: 11.0pt;">&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>
