<p class="s2">Anteriad is seeking a<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><span class="s3">Marketing<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span class="s3">Insights</span><span class="s3"><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span class="s3">Lead</span><span class="s3"><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span>(MIL) to join our Intelligence and Analytics team.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>This is a client-facing seat with real ownership.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>You'll be the person turning their hardest marketing questions into clear, defensible recommendations.</p>

<p class="s2"><strong><span class="s3">This is a remote position with required travel to our New York City office and client meetings as needed. Candidates must reside in the East Coast or Midwest regions and will be expected to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.</span></strong></p>

<p class="s2">As our Marketing<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Insights<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Lead,<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>you'll run your own analytical work streams end-to-end, sit at the table with senior marketing stakeholders, and have the backing of an experienced team of statisticians and strategists. Your work will encompass the following:</p>

<li class="s2"><span class="s3"><strong>Frame the problem</strong>.</span><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Translate ambiguous business questions ("why is performance down YoY?") into structured analyses with a clear hypothesis and a clear answer.</li>
<li class="s2"><strong><span class="s3">Run the analysis.</span></strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Pull and shape the data in SQL, build the models or tests, and pressure-test your own work before anyone else sees it.</li>
<li class="s2"><strong><span class="s3">Tell the story.</span></strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Turn statistical output into a narrative<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>that our clients<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>can act on.</li>
<li class="s2"><strong><span class="s3">Be<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></span><span class="s3">a</span><span class="s3"><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>trusted partner.</span></strong><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>Build relationships with client stakeholders so that when something complex comes up, you're the first call.</li>

<p class="s9"><strong>What You'll do:</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Begin your day by scanning what came in overnight: client requests, open questions, flagged deliverables and building your priority list before the first meeting hits. If something urgent surfaced, you're already on it.</li>
<li>Spend a midday block building a A/B test read-out, manipulating data in SQL, translating raw outputs into a clean, story-driven deck that a CMO can act on by end of week.</li>
<li>Jump on a client call in the afternoon where you're not just presenting findings, you're fielding follow-up questions in real time, pushing back on assumptions, and shaping what comes next.</li>
<li>Close out the day triaging two or three active workstreams across different accounts, prioritizing what moves the needle and flagging anything that needs team input before it becomes a fire.</li>
<li>Some weeks you're deep in creation of reports and data visualizations (PBI, Domo, Excel); others you're presenting at an executive meeting for a key client. </li>
