A core part of this role is helping partners evolve their offerings and Klaviyo skills to align with the future of Klaviyo’s Autonomous CRM, adapted for regional nuances (channels, languages, verticals, and go‑to‑market motions).</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Based in&nbsp;<strong>Sydney</strong>, this role sits on the <strong>Global Partnerships</strong> team and works closely with APAC regional and cross-functional leaders to deliver high-impact enablement that prepares partners not just for today’s platform—but for where Klaviyo is going next.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a <strong>player-coach</strong> role: you will operate hands-on in the field, contributing to content creation while also setting strategy, influencing roadmap priorities, and mentoring a growing APAC enablement team.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1>What You’ll Do</h1> <h2>APAC Partner Enablement Strategy &amp; Execution</h2> <ul> <li>Define and execute Klaviyo’s <strong>APAC partner enablement strategy</strong>, aligned to top company priorities, regional growth goals, and in‑market realities (e.g., ANZ maturity vs. emerging markets in Southeast Asia).</li> <li>Ensure APAC enablement supports the <strong>full partner lifecycle</strong>—from selling/co‑selling and implementation to expansion and long-term customer growth—tailored to agency, consultancy, and SI partner motions in the region.</li> <li>Build and maintain a regional partner enablement framework that can be localized by <strong>country, language, and vertical</strong> (e.g., ecommerce, hospitality, financial services) while staying consistent with global standards.</li> </ul> <h2>Regional Growth &amp; Expansion</h2> <ul> <li>Support continued impact and optimization of partnerships in <strong>Australia &amp; New Zealand</strong>, while driving scalable playbooks the rest of APAC can inherit and adapt.</li> <li>Partner closely with regional leadership to accelerate expansion into <strong>priority APAC markets</strong> (e.g., Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, India), using partners as a primary growth lever.</li> <li>Serve as a senior representative of Klaviyo in the field, delivering <strong>regionalized enablement</strong> through live 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many trainings, workshops, and localized content—both virtually and in‑person across the region.</li> <li>Help define and refine the <strong>ideal APAC partner profile</strong> and partner value propositions, working closely with regional Partner Sales and Partner Marketing.</li> </ul> <h2>Platform Enablement</h2> <ul> <li>Enable APAC partners to confidently <strong>position, sell, and execute</strong> across Klaviyo’s Autonomous CRM platform, spanning marketing, service, and analytics, including country-specific channels (e.g., SMS, messaging apps) and compliance considerations.</li> <li>Contribute to <strong>enablement content creation</strong> and flagship initiatives for new platform capabilities, ensuring global assets are adapted for APAC use cases, examples, and customer stories—not just translated.</li> <li>Act as a <strong>product-obsessed</strong> leader who stays fluent across platform capabilities and can translate new features into clear, practical partner plays for APAC markets.</li> </ul> <h2>Cross-Functional Engagement</h2> <ul> <li>Work closely with <strong>Product Marketing, Internal Enablement, Partner Marketing, and Partner Sales</strong> to execute the APAC enablement strategy, ensuring regional needs are clearly represented in global planning and content.</li> <li>Influence enablement strategy, tooling, and roadmap priorities so that APAC partners can access the right content, in the right format and language, at the right time.</li> <li>Collaborate with <strong>Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions</strong> teams in APAC to close the loop between partner enablement, field feedback, and customer outcomes.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2><strong>APJ Enablement Vision &amp; Strategic Leadership</strong><br><br></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Orchestrate a unified APJ enablement strategy</strong> that prioritizes partner health maturity and establishes clear, scalable development paths aligned with regional growth objectives.</li> <li><strong>Execute as a strategic player-coach</strong>, optimizing cross-functional performance across presales and channel teams while driving hands-on resell activation for high-impact markets and partners.</li> <li><strong>Champion an agile culture of experimentation</strong>, leveraging data-driven feedback loops to transform the APJ enablement function into a primary engine for partner self-sufficiency and accelerated revenue readiness.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h2>Measurement &amp; Impact</h2> <p>Drive measurable outcomes including:</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Increased <strong>partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline</strong> in APAC, with clear attribution back to enablement programs.</li> <li>Increased <strong>platform adoption and depth of usage</strong> through partners across priority products and key APAC verticals.</li> <li>Growth in <strong>certified APAC partners</strong> and trained practitioners, with clear regional certification and accreditation paths.</li> <li>Improved <strong>time-to-first-value</strong> and <strong>time-to-scaled-value</strong> for customers onboarded via partners in the region.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h1>What We’re Looking For</h1> <h2>Experience</h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience leading <strong>partner enablement, Partner Success, or Education</strong> in a SaaS environment, ideally within CRM, MarTech, or platform-based ecosystems.</li> <li>Strong background working with <strong>international partner ecosystems</strong>, with significant hands-on experience in APAC (and ideally some familiarity with EMEA or other international regions).</li> <li>Experience supporting a wide range of partner types, including <strong>digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators</strong>, ideally across multiple APAC countries and levels of maturity.</li> <li>Demonstrated success building or scaling partner enablement programs in <strong>high-growth, rapidly evolving</strong> environments.</li> </ul> <h2>Skills &amp; Our Sydney team began to take shape throughout 2022 and has now built out our go to market teams in sales, customer success, partnerships, marketing, recruiting and product support. As the team grows we will see a continued expansion of Klaviyo’s customer base and the building of a fantastic working culture in line with what we see elsewhere in Klaviyo but with its own local identity within our Sydney based team.
