<p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <p>The Director of Surgeon Recruitment is a highly skilled and experienced Physician Recruiter who understands the full-cycle physician recruitment process, particularly within the Aesthetics space or similar specialty practices. Responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier surgeon talent while closely collaborating with operational and clinical teams to align hiring with business goals.</p> <p><strong>About AirSculpt</strong>®&nbsp;</p> <p>AirSculpt® is a next-generation body contouring treatment designed to optimize both comfort and precision, available exclusively at AirSculpt offices. More than 75,000 cases have been performed in AirSculpt's 30+ premium locations throughout the United States and Canada.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>End-to-End Recruitment:</strong> Own the full-cycle recruitment process for surgeons – from sourcing and outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding – with a focus on hard-to-fill roles.</li> <li><strong>Pipeline Development:</strong> Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified cosmetic and plastic surgeons proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.</li> <li><strong>Data &amp; Metrics:</strong> Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time to fill, source of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, etc.) with a high degree of accuracy.
