font-size: 12pt;"><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Commercial Leadership</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Own revenue, pipeline, and forecasting for Japan, ensuring consistent quarterly and annual growth.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Work closely with our Distributor SCRUM to validate leads and solidify messaging and commercial development.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop and execute the Japan commercial strategy aligned with global objectives.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Identify and prioritize high‑value customer segments across academia, translational research, and biopharma.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Sales Execution</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage the full sales cycle for instruments, consumables, and services, from lead generation to close.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop and give Seminars and education Webinars to Key opinion leader and target customers.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools including SFDC and data‑driven forecasting.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Market Development</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Drive awareness and adoption of Alamar’s proteomics and multi‑omics technologies, including ultra‑sensitive protein detection and single‑cell platforms.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Develop key opinion leader (KOL) relationships and support early‑access or lighthouse customer programs.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Represent the company at conferences, seminars, and customer events in Japan.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Channel &amp; Partner Management</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Manage distributor and Sub-Distributor relationships (if applicable), including performance oversight, training, and joint business planning.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Provide INTEL of the commercial activities and gauge customer visit frequency by both the Distributor and Sub-Distributors.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Monitor pricing for each of these target groups to make sure they fall in the range of our expectations.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Evaluate and optimize channel strategy to ensure strong market coverage.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Cross‑Functional Collaboration</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Partner with global marketing to localize campaigns and messaging for Japan.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">7+ years of commercial experience in life‑science tools, proteomics, genomics, or related technologies.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven track record of selling capital equipment and consumables in Japan.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of the Japanese research ecosystem and procurement processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;
