You'll work closely with the Human Data Operations Team and customer-facing teams to understand what each project needs and make sure the right participants are available, verified and ready to work.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">You'll manage participant pools, run operational projects, track supply and quality, and resolve issues as they come up. You'll also look for ways to improve how we work and partner with Product and Engineering to make successful processes easier to scale.
