<p>AI is at an inflection point for Ocrolus.</p>
<p>We’re looking for a builder who can turn ambiguous <strong>internal business workflows</strong> across teams into AI-driven solutions with clear, measurable outcomes.</p>
<p>This role sits at the intersection of <strong>applied AI, systems thinking, and business transformation</strong>, with a focus on identifying, building, and scaling AI-driven solutions across internal processes.</p>
<p>The individual will work closely with leadership to translate business AI opportunities into <strong>practical, scalable implementations</strong>.</p>
<p>Given the cross-functional impact, this would be a <strong>high-ownership role working closely with leadership</strong></p>

<p><strong>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong> Identify Business Process AI Opportunities within the Organization</strong></li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Partner with cross functional teams and leadership.</li>
<li>Proactively evaluate existing business processes and workflows</li>
<li>Identify areas where AI can drive efficiency, accuracy, or scale</li>
<li>Redesign workflows using an AI-first approach (current → future state)</li>
</ul>

<li><strong> Build and Implement AI Solutions</strong></li>

<li>5–9 years in Workflow Automation across departments </li>
<li>Proven track record of <strong>building and scaling AI systems in production</strong></li>
<li>Strong ability to connect <strong>AI capabilities to business outcomes</strong></li>
<li>Comfortable operating across <strong>strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment</strong></li>
<li>Experience driving <strong>cross-functional transformation at scale</strong></li>
</ul>

<p><strong>TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES</strong></p>
<p><strong>Must-Have (Hands-on Required)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong ability to <strong>explore, evaluate, and leverage emerging AI tools</strong> and platforms</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in <strong>at least one programming language (Python preferred)</strong> with proven hands-on project experience</li>
<li>Experience working with <strong>LLMs & GenAI tools</strong> (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) in real-world use cases</li>
<li>Solid understanding of <strong>APIs, integrations, and backend logic</strong> (build, not just use)</li>
<li>Experience in building or contributing to <strong>RAG pipelines, AI agents, or orchestration frameworks</strong></li>
<li>Hands-on exposure to <strong>automation workflows</strong> (e.g., n8n or similar tools)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of <strong>NLP / document processing systems</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Good to Have (Depth Enhancers)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with <strong>cloud platforms</strong> (AWS / GCP) for deploying AI solutions</li>
<li>Understanding of <strong>MLOps / LLMOps concepts</strong> (deployment, monitoring, versioning)</li>
