Join us on this exciting journey and play a pivotal role in reshaping the automotive service industry!</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a Corporate Development Manager to help scale Stress-Free Auto Care through rapid acquisition and hands-on execution. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-velocity pipeline of acquisition targets while leading the end-to-end process from deal evaluation through post-close launch.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is not a sit-back-and-model role. We are looking for a task owner and driver, someone who can manage multiple deals at once, keep momentum high, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>You will operate at the intersection of operational project management, financial analysis, and deal execution, helping turn acquired shops into fully integrated, high-performing locations. From underwriting opportunities to coordinating with brokers and sellers, to helping get a new store operational, you will play a critical role in our growth engine.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <p>Deal Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Management</p> <ul> <li>Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of acquisition targets</li> <li>Partner with internal and external scouts to identify and evaluate shops</li> <li>Support outreach strategies and marketing campaigns to generate deal flow</li> <li>Track and manage opportunities through each stage of the pipeline with urgency</li> </ul> <p>Financial Analysis &amp; Deal Support</p> <ul> <li>Analyze financials and key performance metrics of target businesses</li> <li>Help determine valuation and offer structure based on business fundamentals</li> <li>Prepare investment summaries and materials for internal decision-making</li> <li>Partner with leadership and investment committee to move deals forward</li> </ul> <p>Deal Execution &amp; Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Manage the deal process from initial evaluation through close</li> <li>Coordinate with brokers, sellers, and legal partners to ensure timely execution</li> <li>Ensure all documentation and diligence materials are completed accurately</li> <li>Keep deals on track and proactively remove blockers</li> </ul> <p>Integration &amp; Store Launch</p> <ul> <li>Lead post-close execution to bring new locations online</li> <li>Act as a hands-on project manager to ensure successful store launch</li> <li>Coordinate setup (branding, signage, systems, readiness)</li> <li>Ensure operational tools and processes are implemented</li> <li>Partner with operations to ensure a smooth transition from seller to SFAC</li> </ul> <p>Operational Execution &amp; Data Tracking</p> <ul> <li>Track acquisition metrics, pipeline performance, and key KPIs</li> <li>Drive accountability across timelines, deliverables, and outcomes</li> <li>Continuously improve processes to increase speed and efficiency of acquisitions</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience strongly considered.</li> <li>6–10+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Financial Analysis, Project Management, or M&amp;A-related roles</li> <li>Strong financial acumen and ability to evaluate small-to-mid-sized businesses</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects or deals simultaneously</li> <li>Experience building acquisition pipelines through outbound outreach or targeted marketing campaigns</li> <li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through</li> <li>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity</li> <li>Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally</li> <li>Experience with multi-location or service-based businesses (automotive, home services, healthcare, etc.)</li> <li>Exposure to private equity or roll-up strategies</li> <li>Experience working with brokers, sellers, or transaction processes</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li2">PTO/Sick &amp; (6) Annual Paid Holidays</li> <li class="li2">Medical, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</li> <li class="li2">401(k) Matching</li> <li class="li2">Paid Skills Enhancement Training</li> <li class="li2">Employee Discount - Service &amp; Parts</li> <li class="li2">Employee Referral Program&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Ready to Elevate Your Career?</strong> If you’re interested in joining a supportive team that values your skills and dedication, we’d love to hear from you! <strong>Apply today</strong> to help us redefine automotive care.</p></div>
