We have built a new grad experience around what we know matters most: engaged mentorship and a team that is invested in growing together.     <h4>What Your Day Looks Like  </h4> This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one you'll be surrounded by a team of OTs, COTAs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.   Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your first year.    Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships.
