Our strategic vision focuses on supporting prelease transactions, competitively bidding projects of all sizes, and fostering our altruistic service culture by recruiting highly talented individuals of great character who want to make a genuine impact on our communities.</div>The Role As a Proposal Specialist, you will take ownership of pursuit deliverables and lead the development of compliant, compelling, and brand-aligned proposals and presentations. You will manage end-to-end workflows, oversee content creation, and serve as a resource for systems and best practices. As a vital member of the Pursuits Team, you will contribute to shaping strategy and enhancing the firm’s positioning through clear messaging and effective storytelling. After completing training, there is an option to work remotely 1-2 days per week. What you will accomplish Proposal Strategy and Development <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee proposal responses from kickoff to delivery, ensuring compliance and alignment.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Interpret RFQs/RFPs and develop compliance checklists and timelines.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create and refine narrative content, including resumes and project summaries.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Lead content planning and proposal reviews with internal teams.</li> </ul> Content Leadership and Information Management <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain and update proposal assets, including templates and resumes.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Audit content to reflect current firm experience and market trends.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collaborate with experts to gather and verify technical information.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Establish standards for naming, folder structure, and version control.</li> </ul> Visual Communication and Branding <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Produce branded proposals and presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create or oversee graphics, diagrams, and visual elements.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure deliverables meet brand and formatting standards.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide visual quality review and feedback to junior team members.</li> </ul> Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">3+ years proposal experience in commercial construction.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe InDesign.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
