Job Summary: <ul> <li>Observing, learning and understanding a wide range of skills and processes while under the instruction of a skilled electrician.</li> <li>To be able to demonstrate these skills and processes as the “on the job training,” progresses by work independently or with others, to undertake tasks as instructed. </li> <li>Learning and understanding the importance of Safety within the workspace and overall project(s).</li> <li>Learning the variety of tools and materials required for an electrician to complete a task and or/project.</li> <li>To maintain and to ensure general good housekeeping of work area.</li> <li>Be able to utilize required tools and equipment for each specific task as necessary.</li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications: <ul> <li>1-4 years of electrical experience</li> <li>Understand the importance of quality</li> <li>Detail-oriented with strong communication skills</li> <li>Must be able to communicate with others to effectively promote efficiency.</li> </ul> Working Conditions & Physical Requirements <ul> <li>Regular onsite work in construction environments; exposure to varying temperatures, noise, heights, and confined spaces.</li> <li>Frequent climbing, lifting (up to 50lbs), standing, walking on uneven terrain, stooping, kneeling, and use of respirator when required.</li> <li>Regional travel between projects may be required.</li> </ul> Benefits Loenbro offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and rewards to those who join our team: <ul> <li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li> <li>401(k) retirement plan with company match</li> <li>Paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay</li> <li>Life and disability insurance</li> <li>Professional development and training opportunities</li> <li>Employee assistance program (EAP)</li> </ul> Benefits eligibility may vary based on employment classification and hours worked.
