<h2><strong>Position Overview</strong></h2>
<p>As an <strong>Electrical Estimator – Industrial (Medium Voltage)</strong>, you will develop detailed, competitive cost estimates for <strong>heavy industrial electrical construction projects involving medium‑voltage systems (typically 13.8kV and above)</strong>.</p>
<p>You will support work across a wide range of <strong>industrial and mission‑critical environments</strong>, including:</p>
<ul>
<li>Data center mechanical yards</li>
<li>Hydroelectric generation facilities</li>
<li>Oil & Gas processing, compression, and pipeline infrastructure</li>
<li>Power generation and energy facilities</li>
</ul>
<p>This role requires a strong understanding of <strong>constructability, labor productivity, material requirements, and risk factors</strong> specific to medium‑voltage electrical systems.</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Analyze <strong>bid specifications, construction drawings, and scope documents</strong> for industrial electrical projects</li>
<li>Develop detailed <strong>cost estimates, takeoffs, and pricing models</strong> for:

<li>Medium‑voltage distribution systems</li>
<li>Switchgear and electrical equipment</li>
<li>Duct banks and underground systems</li>
<li>Grounding and grid systems</li>
</ul>

<li>Solicit, evaluate, and level <strong>subcontractor and supplier pricing</strong> for industrial electrical scopes</li>
<li>Partner with <strong>Project Managers, engineers, and field leadership</strong> to align estimates with execution strategy</li>
<li>Identify <strong>project risks, constructability challenges, and schedule impacts</strong> typical of industrial environments</li>
<li>Track bids from initial concept through <strong>award and turnover to operations teams</strong></li>
<li>Maintain accurate, well‑documented <strong>estimate files, assumptions, and cost breakdowns</strong></li>

<li>Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and contribute to <strong>team‑based estimating efforts</strong></li>
<li>Strong analytical and decision‑making skills with the ability to work independently</li>
<li>Proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Office Suite</strong>, including <strong>advanced Excel</strong></li>
<li>Experience with <strong>Accubid Anywhere</strong> or similar estimating software</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record</li>
<li>Willingness to travel occasionally for <strong>site walks, pre‑bid meetings, and project support</strong></li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h2>

<li>Equipment specifications and installation drawings</li>

<li>Experience estimating projects in:
