Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>*This position is contingent upon contract award*</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>*This position requires TS/SCI with CI Polygraph*&nbsp;</strong></p> <h3><u>Responsibilities:</u></h3> <ul> <li>Manage project operations to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and that proper relationships are established between customers. Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation on projects including but not limited to systems, tools, equipment, software, facilities, and other activities. Coordinates increased contractor footprint and requirements upon Government execution of surge requirements.&nbsp;</li> <li>Supports contractor PM tracking and reporting on the status and progress of contractor surge support.</li> <li>Establishes the PMO for post-activation execution, providing management support of contractor communications, security processing, space requirements, travel, visas, taxes, and Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) considerations.</li> <li>Oversees the Intelligence Management Specialists and Special Security Technicians supplementing receipt, staging, and onward integration of increased contractor staff.</li> </ul> <h3><u>Qualifications:</u></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.</li> <li>Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.&nbsp;</li> <li>Desired: PMP Certification.</li> </ul> <h3><u>Security Clearance:</u></h3> <ul> <li>TS/SCI with CI polygraph.</li> </ul> <p><em>Core One is an&nbsp;Equal Opportunity Employer.
