This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead on-site execution of construction projects in accordance with contract requirements, schedule, safety, quality, and budget expectations.</li> <li>Assign, coordinate, and oversee responsibilities of the project team, including trade-responsible engineers.</li> <li>Manage project financials, including monthly cost forecasting, owner billings, invoice review and approval, and subcontractor management.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the field team to plan and execute project schedule, safety initiatives, and quality standards.</li> <li>Oversee project and project office setup to support efficient daily operations.</li> <li>Review, interpret, and apply construction design documents and specifications.</li> <li>Proactively identify and resolve project issues to support successful project outcomes.</li> <li>Lead by example by demonstrating integrity and mentoring junior team members in alignment with company culture.</li> </ul> <p><em>&nbsp;</em></p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field <u>OR</u> 3+ years of relevant construction experience.</li> <li>Experience and competency using construction management software for project collaboration, document control, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, financials, and field communication.</li> <li>Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to relocate to projects as needed.</li> <li>Experience in on-site operations management for a general contractor</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
