We embrace an open and transparent culture that welcomes healthy debates on the use of technology in defence, its benefits, and its ethical implications.  </div> <h2>The role</h2> As the Systems Engineer for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), you will own the end-to-end EMI/EMC engineering lifecycle for our airborne platforms, translating complex electromagnetic requirements into measurable subsystem  specifications and defining the comprehensive EMC Control Plan.
