<p>Ogilvy UK are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced <strong>People Advisor</strong> to join our brilliant People Team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract.</p>
<p> As a People Advisor, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing crucial HR advice and support across our organisation. You'll play a critical role in developing and retaining top talent, ensuring our employees have the resources and support they need to excel.</p>
<p>You'll partner closely with our People Business Partners, helping to shape and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that champion a positive, equitable, and inclusive culture. This is your chance to guide business leaders on a spectrum of HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development, all while contributing significantly to our ongoing diversity and inclusion efforts.<br><br></p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide expert HR advice and support to all employees across the organization, ensuring inclusivity and equity in all interactions.</li>
<li>Partner with business leaders to identify talent development needs and design and implement strategies to support employee growth and development.</li>
<li>Act as a key point of contact for all employee relations matters, ensuring all concerns are addressed with respect and empathy.</li>
<li>Lead and support the performance management process, ensuring employees receive regular feedback and support to achieve their goals.</li>
<li>Develop and deliver training programs on HR policies and procedures, ensuring all employees have a clear understanding of their rights and responsibilities.</li>
<li>Support the recruitment and selection process, ensuring all candidates are evaluated fairly and without bias.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate HR records and ensure all data is managed in accordance with relevant legislation and best practice.</li>
<li>Participate in employee engagement initiatives, ensuring all employees have a voice and that their feedback is valued and acted upon.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry best practices, proactively recommending changes to policies and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance and alignment.</li>
</ul>
<h3><br>What You'll Bring:</h3>

<li>3+ years of experience in a similar HR Advisor or HR Generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of HR best practices and relevant legislation, including labour laws and equal employment opportunity regulations.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.</li>
<li>Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.</li>
<li>Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.</li>
<li>A genuine passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a deep commitment to promoting these values in the workplace.</li>
