This role focuses on supporting the implementation of the Target Operating Model related to the implementation of the new ledger and reporting platforms.</p> <p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Target Operating Model by understanding and document end to end processes</li> <li>Standardize the process by suggesting the best practices and appropriate design</li> <li>Ensuring local alignment with other global Finance programs, processes</li> <li>Producing reporting/dashboards as required to report status, plan, risks and issues</li> <li>Analysis of process and business specification and ensuring they are appropriately considered and delivered on time</li> <li>Ensuring process, controls and architectures are aligned and simplified</li> <li>Support in designing Target Operating Model in area of Finance</li> <li>Work closely with Finance, IT, and Product Control teams to confirm data attributes, design solutions, and manage project delivery.</li> </ul> <p><strong>KEY SKILLS &amp; QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience in Change Management/Target Operating Model in finance</li> <li>Experience of large-scale systems implementation projects in a Banking / Finance environment</li> <li>Experience of defining and implementing process</li> <li>Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Ability to clarify and translate the business needs into requirements</li> <li>Ability to work in large teams across multiple locations</li> <li>Able to work in agile environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>ONLINE RECRUITMENT PROCESS STEPS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Screening call with the Recruiter</li> <li>Competencies interview with Capco Hiring Manager</li> <li>Client’s interview</li> <li>Feedback/Offer</li> </ul> <p>If you have a passion for Change Management and transformation projects, we encourage you to apply!</p> <p>#li-hybrid</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
