The ThreatLocker® platform with Application Allowlisting, Ringfencing™, Storage Control, Elevation Control, Endpoint Network Control, Configuration Management, and Operational Alert solutions are leading the cybersecurity market toward a more secure approach of blocking the exploits of application vulnerabilities.</p> <p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The Payroll Clerk will manage corporate payroll and maintain employee time records.</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(26, 113, 200);"><strong>The role will be based in Orlando, FL and is an in-office position.</strong></span></p> <p><strong>JOB SCOPE:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Enter, maintain and/or process information in the payroll system</li> <li>Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely,&nbsp;in accordance with processing deadlines</li> <li>Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate all entries</li> <li>Oversee payroll garnishments and change in withholding requests process</li> <li>Maintain paid leave / holidays</li> <li>Assist with accurate and timely reporting for monthly and year end (w-2, W‑2c)</li> <li>Compute and process manual/off cycle check requests</li> <li>Analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data, and report it in a useful and&nbsp;understandable manner</li> <li>Maintain files with appropriate support</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; strong understanding of the ledger,&nbsp;journal entries and accounting principles.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, preferred.</li> <li>Experience in using accounting software, Xero experience preferred.</li> <li>Intermediate knowledge using Microsoft Excel (i.e., basic formulas, pivot tables,&nbsp;Vlookups, etc.).</li> <li>Strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to collect, analyze and interpret large sets of data.</li> <li>Strong Written and verbal communication skills.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>The duties described below are representative of those encountered while performing the&nbsp;essential functions of this position.
