Product Manager at Storable

<p>Storable is looking for a Product Manager with a B2B SaaS background to set an outcome - oriented product strategy. Specifically, you will be working with a highly cross-functional team to&nbsp;transform Storable CRM product into an industry leading CRM service extensible to each of&nbsp;Storable’s platforms.</p> <p><br>You will work with colleagues across product, design, marketing, engineering, client success,&nbsp;sales, and the senior executive leadership team to identify potential areas for improvement,&nbsp;define potential solutions and use data-driven, and lean start-up principles to drive measurable&nbsp;results. Your success will be measured by how well you drive to organizational success for&nbsp;Storable and for our customers.</p> <p><br><em>What you’ll do:</em><br>● Transform a strong CRM product to a best-in-class solution, extensible to each of&nbsp;Storable’s products giving Storable yet another competitive edge in both Marina and&nbsp;Self-Storage industries.<br>● Lead a cross functional team of support, implementation, sales, marketing, product,&nbsp;engineering, product operations, business operations and design to build processes and&nbsp;coordinate successful rollouts of the Storable CRM on each of Storable’s platforms.<br>● Build relationships with storage operators to understand how we can better help their&nbsp;businesses save time and improve profitability through CRM products.<br>● Spend considerable time looking at customer behavior metrics from our tools and&nbsp;comparable experiences elsewhere. You will use that insight to validate the right&nbsp;direction for the product.<br>● Conduct market research and stay up to speed on the CRM industry to identify new&nbsp;products and potential revenue streams.<br>● In collaboration with Product Operation resources, ensure smooth rollout with maximum&nbsp;transparency across the organization.<br>● Communicate company-wide why you are making certain improvements, what you hope&nbsp;to learn from them, and how they fit into your overall strategy.<br>● Provide regular updates on projected milestones, progress, and results.<br>● Work closely with a product owner to identify opportunities and build a roadmap that&nbsp;strikes the right balance between business and customer value.<br>● Objectively measure and broadly communicate the impact of the strategic bets and&nbsp;delivered work.</p> <p><br><em>What you’ll need:</em><br>● 7+ years product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.<br>● Background in card payment processing preferred.<br>● Experience working with 3rd party vendors to achieve objectives.<br>● Strong cross-functional organizational skills to manage dependencies and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.</p> <p>● Analytical, Understand how to predict, measure and communicate financial impact of changes<br>● Ability to navigate hard conversations and build consensus to produce desired outcomes&nbsp;for both Storable and our customers<br>● Communication skills to present to a variety of audiences the need for and value of a&nbsp;business case<br>● Resourcefulness in solving problems<br>● Comfort with both the art (user empathy, design) and science (analytics, statistics,&nbsp;structured hypotheses) of product management<br>● Experience working in a nimble product delivery organization where product, design, and&nbsp;engineering work in close collaboration<br>● Familiarity working with Agile Scrum methodologies, including the ability to write&nbsp;actionable and detailed user stories<br>● Manages projects independently</p>
