<h3 data-section-id="1lh31cs" data-start="215" data-end="234">POSITION OVERVIEW</h3>
<p data-start="236" data-end="679">ON.energy is seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day field operations at our data center project in Amarillo, Texas. This is a critical leadership role responsible for managing a high-performing field service team, ensuring asset reliability, and serving as the primary operational interface with the customer. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.</p>

<h3 data-section-id="2km5i3" data-start="686" data-end="708">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h3>
<h4 data-section-id="ipl6uw" data-start="710" data-end="747">Team Leadership & Daily Operations</h4>
<ul data-start="748" data-end="1320">
<li data-section-id="tsg7t5" data-start="748" data-end="890">Direct the day-to-day activities of the field service technician team, including scheduling, task prioritization, and performance oversight.</li>
<li data-section-id="wzckq5" data-start="891" data-end="999">Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement across all site personnel.</li>
<li data-section-id="t0bgh4" data-start="1000" data-end="1135">Conduct regular team meetings, toolbox talks, and performance reviews to ensure alignment with project goals and ON.energy standards.</li>
<li data-section-id="1q94ly6" data-start="1136" data-end="1320">Read and interpret applicable Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) to understand the team’s contractual responsibilities and ensure day-to-day operations are carried out accordingly.</li>
</ul>
<h4 data-section-id="1foqlhe" data-start="1322" data-end="1344">Safety & Compliance</h4>
<ul data-start="1345" data-end="1714">
<li data-section-id="35eq6z" data-start="1345" data-end="1506">Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring all team members adhere to established safety protocols, OSHA standards, and site-specific procedures at all times.</li>
<li data-section-id="w8iztr" data-start="1507" data-end="1611">Enforce operational procedures and work instructions, conducting periodic audits to verify compliance.</li>
<li data-section-id="oril72" data-start="1612" data-end="1714">Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action implementation as required.</li>
</ul>
<h4 data-section-id="1wclw4y" data-start="1716" data-end="1736">Vendor Management</h4>
<ul data-start="1737" data-end="2117">
<li data-section-id="u9n2s3" data-start="1737" data-end="1871">Analyze, qualify, and select third-party vendors and subcontractors to support maintenance, repairs, and specialty services on-site.</li>
<li data-section-id="n7mrqk" data-start="1872" data-end="1996">Manage vendor relationships, evaluate performance, and ensure all contracted work meets quality, safety, and cost targets.</li>
<li data-section-id="1msvmhs" data-start="1997" data-end="2117">Solicit and review bids, negotiate scope of work, and make recommendations for vendor selection and contract renewals.</li>
</ul>
<h4 data-section-id="18tq7y" data-start="2119" data-end="2166">Customer Reporting & Relationship Management</h4>
<ul data-start="2167" data-end="2569">
<li data-section-id="1hhaf8x" data-start="2167" data-end="2297">Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the customer, providing regular operational updates and performance summaries.</li>
<li data-section-id="1djqyo9" data-start="2298" data-end="2424">Prepare and deliver detailed operational reports, KPI dashboards, and maintenance summaries on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.</li>
<li data-section-id="xq0pfq" data-start="2425" data-end="2569">Build and maintain a trusted, transparent relationship with the customer by proactively communicating issues, milestones, and recommendations.</li>
</ul>
<h4 data-section-id="1yiemmc" data-start="2571" data-end="2595">CMMS & Data Integrity</h4>
<ul data-start="2596" data-end="3079">
<li data-section-id="g4i61e" data-start="2596" data-end="2810">Ensure the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is accurately maintained and updated in real time, reflecting all work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, corrective actions, and equipment history.</li>
<li data-section-id="9kaxcb" data-start="2811" data-end="2952">Enforce CMMS data entry standards across the team and leverage system data for planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li data-section-id="2m61vd" data-start="2953" data-end="3079">Generate and analyze CMMS reports to identify trends, optimize maintenance schedules, and support asset lifecycle decisions.</li>

<h3 data-section-id="13jsrdw" data-start="3086" data-end="3102">REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</h3>
<h4 data-section-id="nq27tb" data-start="3104" data-end="3116">Education</h4>
<p data-start="3117" data-end="3259">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Technology, Facilities Management, or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered</p>
<h4 data-section-id="1w6p8mz" data-start="3261" data-end="3274">Experience</h4>
<p data-start="3275" data-end="3418">5+ years of experience in operations and maintenance management, preferably within data center, energy, or critical infrastructure environments</p>
<h4 data-section-id="1e7nnoc" data-start="3420" data-end="3433">Leadership</h4>
<p data-start="3434" data-end="3542">Demonstrated experience managing and developing field service teams in a fast-paced, safety-critical setting</p>
<h4 data-section-id="1gvs8tw" data-start="3544" data-end="3563">Technical Skills</h4>
<p data-start="3564" data-end="3710">Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, generators, and data center infrastructure; familiarity with LTSAs and vendor contracts</p>
<h4 data-section-id="1h9xzl8" data-start="3712" data-end="3731">CMMS Proficiency</h4>
<p data-start="3732" data-end="3869">Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo, UpKeep, Fiix, or equivalent); ability to enforce data discipline across a team</p>
<h4 data-section-id="61lfla" data-start="3871" data-end="3888">Certifications</h4>
<p data-start="3889" data-end="4024">Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR, OSHA 30, and NFPA 70E certifications upon hire; data center certifications (CDCP, CDCE) a plus</p>
<h4 data-section-id="15pllmt" data-start="4026" data-end="4042">Communication</h4>
<p data-start="4043" data-end="4188">Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to present operational data and recommendations to customers and senior management</p>
