You'll serve as Cortland's primary video production expert, driving creative storytelling, overseeing end-to-end production, and ensuring all content supports business objectives while elevating the brand experience. Lead Video Strategy & Production <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own the end-to-end production lifecycle for video projects, including concept development, scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, post-production, and distribution.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute a video content strategy that supports organizational priorities, strengthens brand awareness, and enhances audience engagement.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and communications teams to identify opportunities for impactful video storytelling.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Champion high production standards while cultivating efficient, collaborative ways of working.</li> </ul> Qualifications  <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of professional experience in video production, multimedia communications, content creation, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related discipline.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven success leading complex video projects from concept through final delivery.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in storytelling, interviewing, directing, cinematography, and post-production.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Expertise operating professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment in a variety of production environments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience developing content strategies and translating business objectives into compelling visual communications.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exceptional communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
