Our home infusion nurses bring care directly to patients, delivering complex therapies with skill, independence, and compassion.</p> <p>We’re looking for <strong>Contract (1099) Home Infusion Nurses</strong> who want their work to mean something, skilled Registered Nurses who value flexibility, autonomy, and purposeful patient care.</p> <hr> <h3>Why This Role Matters</h3> <p>Home infusion requires trust, clinical judgment, and empathy. As a Contract Home Infusion Nurse, you are often the primary clinical presence for patients receiving therapy outside traditional care settings.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:</p> <ul> <li>Helps patients safely receive infusion therapies in the comfort of their homes</li> <li>Supports continuity of care through expert assessment, monitoring, and education</li> <li>Builds confidence for patients and caregivers navigating complex treatments</li> <li>Advances a patient‑first, clinician‑led approach to specialty infusion care</li> </ul> <p>Your work allows patients to focus on healing, knowing their care is handled with precision and compassion.</p> <hr> <h3>What You’ll Do</h3> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Administer, monitor, and discontinue intravenous therapies in patient homes or infusion suite settings</li> <li>Insert and manage IV access, including peripheral lines, PICCs, ports, and midlines</li> <li>Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond appropriately to changes in condition</li> <li>Perform venipuncture and collect blood samples as ordered</li> <li>Complete comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs, and reviews of systems</li> <li>Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy, line care, and symptom monitoring</li> <li>Teach patients and caregivers how to safely perform and monitor home infusion when applicable</li> <li>Coordinate visit schedules and communicate visit outcomes with clinical and operations teams</li> <li>Accurately document all patient care, medications administered, and patient responses</li> <li>Communicate concerns promptly to physicians and internal clinical leadership</li> <li>Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards in accordance with all state and federal regulations</li> </ul> <hr> <h3>What We’re Looking For</h3> <p>You may be a great fit if you bring:</p> <ul> <li>Strong clinical judgment and comfort practicing independently</li> <li>Calm, empathetic communication with patients and caregivers</li> <li>Flexibility and professionalism in a contracted, visit‑based role</li> <li>Confidence in delivering IV therapy outside acute care environments</li> <li>Pride in delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Nursing degree from an accredited college or university</li> <li>Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state(s) of practice</li> <li>Minimum of two (2) years of RN experience</li> <li>IV certification and experience with central line care and management</li> <li>CPR certification</li> <li>Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation</li> <li>Willingness to travel to patient homes and healthcare facilities</li> <li>Experience with patient documentation and care coordination</li> <li>Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in nursing</li> <li>RN licensure in additional states</li> <li>Prior experience in home infusion, critical care, emergency nursing, ambulatory infusion centers, or hospital discharge planning</li> <li>PICC, port, and midline experience and certification</li> </ul> <p>You don’t need to check every box; we care just as much about&nbsp;<strong>how you care for patients</strong> as we do about where you’ve worked before.</p> <hr> <h3>Why LUX Infusion</h3> <p>At LUX Infusion, we believe care deserves more light, <strong>more warmth, more clarity, and more connection</strong>.</p> <p>As a contract nurse, you’ll find:</p> <ul> <li>Purpose‑driven clinical work with immediate patient impact</li> <li>Flexible, visit‑based scheduling</li> <li>Autonomy, while supported by strong clinical and operational teams</li> <li>Clear standards, documentation expectations, and support</li> <li>Meaningful one‑on‑one patient relationships</li> </ul> <p><strong>Come help deliver infusion care where it matters most and see what’s possible when care comes first.</strong></p> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Pay Range/Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$30</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$100 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><div><hr> <h4><span style="font-size: 10pt;">PHYSICAL DEMANDS</span></h4> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">The physical demands described here represent those required for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
