<p><strong>License needed</strong>: HVAC contractor</p>
<p><strong>Compensation</strong>: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour (Base pay may be adjusted based on experience, licensure level, and location.)</p>

<h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3>
<p>The HVAC Technician handles HVAC repairs and maintenance across the marketed area, ensuring systems are safe, reliable, and compliant.</p>
<p>You’ll manage daily work orders, perform preventive maintenance, and support the in-house team as the HVAC expert on more complex issues.</p>
<p>This role is ideal for a licensed professional who can work independently, collaborate with a team, and use mobile tools to manage their work.</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Complete HVAC repairs, replacements, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance across assigned properties</li>
<li>Serve as the HVAC expert for in-house technicians, providing guidance and support on complex issues</li>
<li>Conduct inspections during turnovers, onboarding, and as needed, ensuring systems meet company and code standards</li>
<li>Perform quality checks on vendor work and help standardize best practices and scopes of work</li>
<li>Safely operate HVAC tools and equipment while following safety and EPA regulations</li>
<li>Communicate clearly with residents and team members, documenting work and recommendations</li>
<li>Manage inventory and supplies</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned </li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>State-issued HVAC license required</li>
<li>EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required </li>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>5+ years of HVAC experience</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and scheduling</li>
<li>Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused mindset</li>
<li>Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends as needed</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Work Environment</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Daily travel to local properties</li>
<li>Mix of indoor and outdoor work</li>
<li>Physical role (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, etc.)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)</li>
<li>Employment contingent on background check</li>
