Key Responsibilities  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage and drive enhancements to Strive Enterprise and market-level P&L reporting, forecasting, and analysis. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own CKCC and Joint Venture P&L reporting along with analysis and forecasting support including provider payment management. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee and drive enhancements on cash reporting, forecasting, and tracking of key partner cash flow inputs, including final partner settlements, provider payments, stop loss, and working capital. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage partner-level fee contracts and SLA/quality metric accruals, forecasting, and variance analysis. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support implementation of new tools and technologies to build consistent, scalable, and repeatable financial processes. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities. </li> </ul> Minimum Qualifications   <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s degree in finance/ accounting or any quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Economics). </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience of modeling and reporting with financial statements.  </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of financial analysis experience. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of experience working with large, complex datasets (preferably in healthcare sector). </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">2+ years of advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office product suite, and other technology tools.  </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">1+ years’ experience working in the Healthcare sector, preferably in a Value Based Care Setting. </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms.</li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to travel and be on-site to meet business needs. </li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications  <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication skills and professionalism to share recommendations with team leaders and key stakeholders through verbal and written presentations.  </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Hyperion Essbase/SmartView, and Oracle NetSuite experience.  </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI). </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working at a start-up or scaling organization.  </li> </ul> About You    <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership through clear verbal and written presentations.  </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.   </li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to be coached, with a willingness and curiosity to learn more. </li> </ul> <span data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"ac0262f4-8a9e-5820-b908-2d943c5f7113|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777841,"Aptos",469777842,"Arial",469777843,"Aptos",469777844,"Aptos",201341986,"1",469769226,"Aptos,Arial",268442635,"24",469775450,"normaltextrun",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"normaltextrun",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}"> <span data-ccp-charstyle="eop" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"920dbcde-2834-5e15-a5fa-062170b236ba|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"1",201342449,"1",469777841,"Aptos",469777842,"Arial",469777843,"Aptos",469777844,"Aptos",201341986,"1",469769226,"Aptos,Arial",268442635,"24",469775450,"eop",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"eop",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">   Annual Salary Range: $85,500 - $104,000.
