Commercial Operations Intern [Winter 2027] at Figure AI

Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA.</p></div><p>We are looking for a Commercial Operations Intern to join our Commercial team during Winter 2027. In summary, you will be a true extension of the team: you'll own real tasks from day one, track how our commercial use cases are progressing against their KPIs, and be our feet on the ground at customer sites.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Track progress across active commercial use cases and keep status, milestones, and blockers up to date for the team.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collect, maintain, and report KPIs in recurring updates for the team and leadership.</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as feet on the ground at customer and deployment sites: observe operations, capture issues and data, and relay what you see back to the team.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate across Commercial, Pilots, Engineering, and Operations to drive action items and open issues to closure.</p> </li> <li> <p>Step in on real tasks and own projects end to end as the team's needs shift.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Rising senior or recent graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field; must be graduating within one year.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong organizational and communication skills, with comfort working with data in spreadsheets.</p> </li> <li> <p>Willing to travel to customer sites and work hands-on in industrial environments such as warehouses and logistics facilities.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or a customer-facing role.</p> </li> <li> <p>Interest in robotics or AI, or experience with data analysis and dashboarding tools (SQL, Python, Looker, or similar).</p> </li> </ul> <p class="p1">The US base pay range for this full-time position is $30.00 to $40.00 per hour.</p> <p>The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
