We are seeking high achievers who want to be part of a dynamic team working in a fun, diverse atmosphere.</div>Summary:   The Senior Category Manager, Sustaining, is responsible for driving sourcing and supplier strategies that support sustaining product initiatives within a regulated medical device environment. This role partners closely with Product, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, S&OP, and Commercial teams to ensure robust sources of supply, optimal supplier mix, and seamless lifecycle support—from NPD through production scale. The position owns multi‑year category strategies focused on quality, risk mitigation, cost improvement, and scalability, while serving as the primary relationship manager for strategic suppliers and contract manufacturers. Success in the role requires strong cross‑functional influence, hands‑on project leadership in ambiguous environments, and the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical and operational
