This is a hands-on role that blends creative storytelling with strong execution discipline: you’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand the intent, shape the narrative, and deliver polished, platform-ready outputs.  You will also support shoots when required—working with camera setups, green screen production, and on-ground coordination to ensure content is captured cleanly and edited to a high quality bar.  What You’ll Do  Creative Collaboration & Storytelling  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Collaborate with stakeholders (internal/external) to define the desired look, feel, and outcome of each video.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Build a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the content and translate it into a compelling edit.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Create concept boards / rough cuts to align early and reduce rework later. </li> </ul> Editing & Post-Production  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Gather, organize, and transfer all media into editing software; ensure correct formats and version control.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Edit videos using preselected music, interviews, sound clips, transitions, and other essential elements.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Improve video and sound quality through color correction, audio cleanup, leveling, and enhancement techniques. </li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Deliver final assets in the right specifications and formats based on stakeholder/platform requirements. </li> </ul> Shoots, Equipment & Green Screen  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Participate in shoots when needed—supporting camera operations and on-ground production execution.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Set up and work with green screen environments and execute green screen edits as required.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Strong hands-on experience editing a range of video formats (brand, corporate, social, interviews, podcasts).</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience in filmmaking/videography and post-production workflows.</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Green screen editing experience is a must. </li> </ul> Key Skills  <ul> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"> Professional mastery of video and audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro) and effects tools (e.g., After Effects).</li> <li style="font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
