<p><strong>Carolina Industrial Systems</strong>, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking an experienced <strong>Commercial Technicians </strong>in Chapel Hill and the surrounding areas. Employees will be trained by industry experts to perform repairs of automatic doors, manual entry doors, commercial doors and door hardware. Job seekers with a background in construction labor, electrical work, carpentry, installing and servicing products, and mechanic experiences typically do well in this job. <p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Repair a wide range of automatic doors, manual entry doors, commercial doors and door hardware</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services</li>
<li>Track and maintain job related paperwork and submitting in a timely manner</li>
<li>Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma/GED (preferred)</li>
<li>At least one (1+) year experience in commercial/automatic/entry door industry preferred</li>
<li>Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds</li>
<li>Ability to work at heights and use a ladder</li>
<li>Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record</li>
