Service Technician at Roofstock

We are looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy professional who is customer-focused and capable of performing high-quality repairs and inspections in a fast-paced environment.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Maintenance:</strong>&nbsp;Perform routine and emergency repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).</li> <li><strong>Turnovers:</strong>&nbsp;Prepare vacant units for new move-ins ("make-readies").</li> <li><strong>Inspections:</strong>&nbsp;Conduct move-in/out and property onboarding audits.</li> <li><strong>QA:</strong>&nbsp;Audit work completed by external vendors.</li> <li><strong>Field Ops:</strong>&nbsp;Manage service tasks via mobile apps and post legal notices.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Valid driver’s license</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently in the field</li> <li>Comfortable using mobile apps for work orders and communication</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Work Environment</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Daily travel to local properties</li> <li>Mix of indoor and outdoor work</li> <li>Physical role (lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, climbing, etc.)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)</li> <li>Employment contingent on background check</li> <li>High school diploma or GED</li> </ul>
