This role engages prospective clients by phone, email, and messaging while building trust and guiding them through the intake and engagement process.</p> <p data-start="405" data-end="590">The Engagement Advisor works closely with internal teams, health plans, and strategic partners to support a seamless client experience and contribute to engagement and conversion goals.</p> <p data-start="592" data-end="620"><strong data-start="592" data-end="620">Primary Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul data-start="622" data-end="1253"> <li data-section-id="1ozu9lh" data-start="622" data-end="757">Engage leads and prospective clients by phone, email, and messaging to understand their needs and educate them on available services.</li> <li data-section-id="jw4vjs" data-start="758" data-end="893">Gather client and caregiver information, conduct care assessments, and support eligibility determination and health plan submissions.</li> <li data-section-id="1y7zlwo" data-start="894" data-end="1022">Guide prospective clients through the engagement process, answering questions, addressing concerns, and supporting conversion.</li> <li data-section-id="t5h3n3" data-start="1023" data-end="1107">Maintain accurate and timely lead, client, and activity information in Salesforce.</li> <li data-section-id="gw6zpw" data-start="1108" data-end="1253">Coordinate with internal teams, health plans, and strategic partners while tracking performance against established engagement and sales goals.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per quarter.&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><span data-teams="true"><strong>Work Schedule: </strong>Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
