As the Manager, Sales Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are tasked with generating new business opportunities. You will play a key role in developing your team’s skills, driving pipeline growth, and ensuring alignment between Sales and Marketing. You will focus on coaching your team to exceed their quotas while preparing them for their next career steps within NiCE.
