Our mission is to inspire people and brands to make an impact and we are committed to attracting, growing, and retaining the best talent in the industry.  <h3>About the Role  </h3> We are looking for a talented Art Director who is curious, full of life and looking for a fantastic challenge within an international agency such as Ogilvy. Taking on the responsibilities of both a creative and a supervisor, this position will work with the senior copywriter and organize the team to carry out creative thinking, supervise team members and produce creative works that meet Ogilvy's standards.  <h3>What You’ll Do </h3> Client Management   <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="6" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Communicate with both account colleagues and Clients to gain a better understanding of Clients’ needs, and provide efficient creative solutions.  </li> </ul>  Strategy   <ul> <li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="7" data-list-defn-props="{"335552541":1,"335559685":720,"335559991":360,"469769226":"Symbol","469769242":[8226],"469777803":"left","469777804":"","469777815":"multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Work with planners to develop communication strategies as needed.  </li> </ul>  Creative Leadership   <ul> <li>Comprehend communication strategies through creative briefings, and innovative ideas with copywriters.  </li> <li>Produce design drafts for teams and Clients based on different communication channels.  </li> <li>Act as the main force of visual execution and be responsible for quality control.  </li> <li>Have good communication skills and teamwork skills when working with collaborators.    </li> <li>As a “senior student”, help designers become familiar with the qualities of commercial art and enhance their creative thinking and abilities.  </li> <li>Be passionate about emerging tech knowledge, share helpful information with colleagues, and provide inspiring creative ideas for works.  </li> <li>Proficiency in mainstream design software.  </li> <li>Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth. </li> </ul> Leadership    <ul> <li>Set an example of protecting Ogilvy’s reputation.   </li> <li>Stay motivated and constantly improve professional skills in creating work.  </li> <li>Stay positive, regardless of success or failure.  </li> <li>Be humble, respect and trust others to create a comfortable working environment.  </li> <li>Take responsibility and keep commitments when facing huge challenges or mistakes.  </li> <li>Abide by the WPP Code of Business Conduct.  </li> </ul> <h3>What You’ll Need  </h3> <ul> <li>At least 5-6 years’ experience in advertising agencies  </li> <li>Be able to execute concepts to a visual standard for client presentations  </li> <li>Should be able to oversee production of different media </li> <li>Understanding of brand, product, digital media, and how people interact with each of them  </li> <li>Proven ability to manage and organize multiple tasks and meet deadlines  </li> <li>Ability to direct creative teams, photographers and other 3rd party creative groups   </li> <li>Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with other departments   </li> <li>Able to communicate effectively in English and Vietnamese  </li> <li>Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent degree in commercial arts or related field is a plus  </li> <li>Referenced works or a portfolio is required for this position.  </li> </ul> <h3>How We’ll Support You </h3> Ogilvy celebrates its people.
