Please note: this role requires full working rights in Australia without the need for current or future sponsorship.</strong></p> <p><strong>This position requires being fluent in English AND at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Malay.</strong></p> <p><strong><u>SUMMARY</u></strong></p> <p>Reporting to the Lead of QHSE Training, Quality &amp; Development, the QHSE Training Professional supports the QHSE Audit Optimization Department. This role assists in maintaining the quality of QHSE Manual Audits, training new auditors, and overseeing ongoing education initiatives. Seeking a self-motivated individual capable of independent work, thriving under pressure, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p> <p>Training:</p> <ul> <li>Help facilitate training sessions for new Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Independent Contractor (IC) Auditors, aiding regional managers in their onboarding efforts.</li> <li>Provide leadership and guidance to QHSE Associates or Professionals.</li> </ul> <p>QHSE Quality:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions for audits.</li> <li>Support Audit Quality methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability for Avetta customers.</li> <li>Review Auditors' assessments of Supplier QHSE management systems, programs, and protocols based on the services provided.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely completion of investigations and identification of corrective actions.</li> <li>Validate the accuracy, relevance, and applicability of documentation for corrective actions with auditors.</li> <li>Ensure Avetta's compliance with ISO 9001 and Certification standards.</li> </ul> <p>Development:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Continual Education of QHSE Professionals through calibration sessions, identifying top error categories, and sharing best practices.</li> <li>Assist in related Training and Corrective Action initiatives for QHSE Auditors.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Fluent in English AND one of the following languages is required: Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Malay</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in a QHSE-related discipline is highly preferred.</li> <li>Possession of an advanced Safety designation (NEBOSH, AIHS, etc.).</li> <li>Preferred quality, safety, or environmental management system auditor designation (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).</li> <li>5+ years of robust experience in safety supply chain management.</li> <li>Prior experience in an Avetta HSE Professional role is advantageous.</li> <li>Profound knowledge and comprehension of WHS regulations and familiarity with other Regulatory Agencies (NOPSEMA, ISO, etc.).</li> <li>Experience with developing and maintaining quality documents.</li> <li>Preferred background in Industry &amp; Field HSE, with bilingual proficiency being an added asset.</li> <li>Proficiency in utilizing diverse computer applications such as Access, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, as well as expertise in Web Conferencing Software (e.g., Zoom, Webex, or GoToMeeting) and JIRA.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>#LI-Remote</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
